Seven Over is a fast 3yr old Chapter Seven trotter.  He made 6 starts last year and earned just under $16,000, but that's only part of the story.  This trotter has speed.  He was still a bit imature last year, but should develop into a stakes type (as he was very competitive in both the NY Sires Stakes and Kindergarten Series at 2).  If you're looking for a stakes type, Seven Over is for you...
